Welcome to Hotel Sonartori! By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation email from us.
2. Payment
- Full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate selected.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and cash.
3. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before check-in without penalty. Cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
4. Check-In/Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 1PM
- Check-Out Time: 11 AM
Late check-out may be available but chargeable upon request and subject to availability*
5. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. A fee may be charged for repairs or replacements.
6. Hotel Policies
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas of the hotel.
- Pets: “Pets are not allowed”
- Quiet Hours: Please respect fellow guests during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
7. Liability
Hotel Sonartori is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We recommend securing your valuables.
8. Changes to Terms
Hotel Sonartori reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
9. Hotel Reservations:
The reservations feature of the Site is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel related services and products and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these conditions and to use the Site in accordance with such conditions.
You agree to be financially responsible for your use of the Site including without limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether authorised by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation payment of all money due under such terms or conditions.
The Site contains details of hotel charges and room rates (including any available special offers) for hotels owned or managed by Hotel Sonartori Agartala.
Hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the Site and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions.
No contract will subsist between you and Hotel Sonartori Agartala or any of its affiliates in respect of any services or products offered through the Site unless and until Hotel Sonartori Agartala accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking. Any other relevant terms and conditions relating to particular services or products are set out in the Site.
10. Governing Law
These conditions are governed by the laws in force in India and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Return to Site
