Booking and Reservation Policy:

Check-In Time: 1200hrs – 2300hrs Check Out Time: 1100hrs

Early check-In or Late-Check out is subject to bed/room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed by the front office.

A Retention charge of half day tariff is chargeable for early check-in from 0700 to 1200 hours and late check-out from 1100 to 1800 hours.

Room not occupied by 2300 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.

A full room rate will be chargeable for check in 0700 hours or check out after 1800 hours.

Identity Proof: In keeping with Government regulations, we request all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by an email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 2 days (48 hours) before arrival for FIT bookings and 1 week before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed.

For any early check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty will be charged. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night’s tariff will be charged.

Guarantee and cancellation policy (for groups of 5 rooms or more)

We will be happy to confirm group reservations against an advance of 50% of the total bill value.

For room reservations we understand that plans change sometimes. If you need to cancel/reduce/amend a guaranteed reservation, please do so 07 days prior to arrival. In case there is any no-show or cancellation/amendment of the conference/group (in part or full), within 07 days or less from the date of check in, a retention charge will become due as under:

# of rooms being cancelled/no-shows X 1 night X applicable daily rate per room, including taxes.

In addition, should any participants check out early, retention will be charged for those nights booked, now being released due to the early check out.

Child Policy


Accommodation: The accommodation is free of charge if the kid stays with its parents in a room with no additional bed, i.e. when it sleeps in the same bed as its parents.

Breakfast is free of charge for the kid if the adults with whom it stays in the hotel room use the option.

Extra bed can be a mattress or a folding bed based on availability.

Breakfast is free of charge if the additional bed has been bought for the child.


In terms of prices of accommodation and meals, person who are over the age of 12 are considered adults.

Refund Policy:

Refund shall be initiated within 48-72 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 7-10 working days via Cheque/NEFT/Payment gateway.

Group bookings:

Upon receiving the request for cancellation from the guest (as per cancellation/no show policy), the hotel will immediately contact the bank to handle the crediting process. Payment will be made to the bank account shared by the guest.

A 100 % refund will be made for cancellations received 07 days before date of arrival.

A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 03 days before date of arrival, No refund thereafter.
